Your badge enables you to enter TCT 2023 sessions and events. You must always have your badge in your possession while on the event premises. Swapping, sharing, or lending you badge are strictly prohibited. Please see the full badge policy in our terms and conditions.

Registration for and access to TCT 2023 is subject to CRF’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Prohibition on Badge Swapping, Sharing, or Lending

Swapping, sharing, or lending an event badge to any other person is strictly prohibited. The full policy is available in our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Online Access

Your TCT 2023 registration fee for Online Access is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Full Access and TCT MedTech Day

All cancellations must be received in writing. If we receive your cancellation in writing before Wednesday, August 23, 2023 (by 11:59 PM EDT), you will receive a full refund minus a US$100 administrative fee. If we receive your cancellation in writing between Thursday, August 24 (12:00 AM EDT) and Wednesday, September 20, 2023 (by 11:59 PM EDT), you will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be processed after Thursday, September 21, 2023. You will continue to have access to the World Connect Livestream, which comprises limited, select sessions.

Full Access Fellows

You will be required to provide a credit card during the registration process for $100 USD. Your credit card will not be charged unless you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to TCT 2023 or do not show.

In case of any Full Access cancellation (whether by you or by CRF), please be sure to cancel any associated travel arrangements (e.g., lodging/housing, airfare, or other travel arrangements, etc.) that you may have made to attend TCT 2023 in-person. As more fully set forth in our Terms and Conditions, CRF is not liable nor responsible for any such associated travel costs.

TCT MedTech Day

By purchasing a TCT MedTech Day Pass, you understand, acknowledge, and agree to abide by the following, in addition to CRF’s Terms and Conditions:

• You will only be able to pick up your badge on the day you’ve chosen to attend and will be required to return it to the designated registration counter at TCT 2023 by the close of registration the day of your attendance.
• If you do not return your TCT MedTech Day Pass prior to the close of registration on the day of attendance, the credit card on file for your registration will be automatically charged the TCT Full Access registration fee for the designated registration category.

Wire Payments

Acceptable forms of payments are credit card and U.S. check. If you would like to pay by wire, a mandatory $75 wire processing fee will automatically be added to your total.

Badge Changes and/or Reprints

The fee for on-site badge changes or reprints is $75 per change/reprint.
